MR. SHABAAZ SHAIKH (Founder & Director, GESA GROUP)
Shabaaz shaikh is a Indian born working Entrepreneur and Business Consultant. Over past 4 years, he has worked in a wide variety of professional capacities in both the private and public sector. He has also worked in many projects and consulting apart from his specialised areas.

He is graduated in Science. Simultaneously completed Advance Diploma in Industrial Safety from MSBTE and Post HSC Diploma in Fire Service Engineering (FR), along with enough international certifications like NEBOSH(IGC, HSW, HSL), IOSH MS, Civil Defence(Fire Fighting, Bomb safety), CIEH(Fire Safety, Risk Assessment), Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S) Safety, Heart saver® First Aid with CPR Certified by American Heart Association (AHA), Scaffolding Competent Inspector(STI)-USA, ISO 45001.
Along with the studies, Shabaaz joined L&T as a Safety Steward and then started a career in safety department. A Few years of experience as a HSE Officer and system security engineer in different industries which have helped me in understanding the ground reality, its distinct nuances concerning diverse sectors, its responses when exposed to various organisation cultures. The industries include Construction, Consumer Goods & Steel Manufacturing, Customs-Airport, and Safety & Security Agency. He is also a member of Civil Defence Disaster management.
He likes to travel and interact with people from different backgrounds. To me, these are opportunities to learn from communities, and benefit each other.
Shabaaz runs many firms like Geotic Environment Safety and Security Alliance (Gesa) Private Limited, GESA Institute of Management & Technical Studies (GIMTS), Gesa East Engineering & Contracting Co. (Bahrain)-Gesa Offshore Engineering and Construction Private Limited(India); as well as having a varied interest in a number of diversified business ventures and start-ups across India and the Middle East.
Away from the business world, Shabaaz is the founding patron and chairman of the Gesa Foundation; an organisation dedicated to education, society development, serve humanity, save environment, disaster management, cultural dialogue etc.

Dr. (Hc) Fathima Bee from India Education Qualification B.Sc., MBA – Human Resources Management, Doctorate in Entrepreneurship & Human resources Management, Airline Management in Qatar Aeronautic College. She is a dynamic & prudent leader with 15 years of experience in Managing complete training operations with a great efforts & proven record of success in India, Qatar & Kuwait.
Being an inspiration for many, she is immensely focused for the Human potential resources development, Entrepreneurship & leadership. With a great effort in the field of training and research with a dynamic background and virtue of exploration led her to work as educational director & also d Institutes pre – Openings. With history of accomplishment and goal attainment. Excellent orator, involved in various seminar, outstanding abilities in commissioning the Training, HR, Airline Reservations Ticketing, Sales Management, Consulting & Involved in Crypto Currency. She is a strong Believer in Self Development & continuous Education.
Dr.Moses J. Kolet (Non-Executive Honorable Director, GESA)
Dr.Moses J. Kolet, M.Sc, M.Phil, Ph.D, FSAB, FBFI, serving currently as a Non-Executive Director in GESA Institute. He is managing quality and effectiveness of all programs and for establishing a culture of compliance and dedicating university resources as compulsion to ensure that program is conducted in compliance with all state and local laws and regulations. Being a none executive he provides guidance in funding ,grants and university. He is an excellent source of motivator for deans, faculty, students and staff.
Being specialised in the subject of Botany, he is currently an I/C Principal of VPM’s B.N. Bandodkar College of Science, Thane, Maharashtra. He is also an Ex-Principal of K.M.E Societies G. M. Momin Women’s College, Bhiwandi, Dist. Thane, Maharashtra (Affiliated to University of Mumbai). He has been a research guide, resource person, research paper reviewer, member of Academic council, Task force, Editorial boards, H.O.D. of Department of Botany (G. M. Momin Women’s College, Bhiwandi), Judge and subject expert for Avishkar Research Convention and has been at many official positions. He is having a 21 year experience in Gazetted Class I Officer (Central Govt.) as a Commisioned NCC Officer(NCC Army). He is also been an organising secretary of National conferences, national seminars, treasurer of Govt. of India. He has been the team leader for Best Educational Quality Enhancement Team Award, Star College Scheme of DBT, FIST funds, RUSA.
He has been the member of various clubs which organises co-curricular and extracurricular activities. As a principal of GMomin Women’s College, he introduced 71 college committees and also introduce 73 skill development, value added certificate and diploma courses. Has been working for empowerment of women in Bhiwandi for college students. He has published 62 National and International journals and proceedings, along with 7 Research articles, 2 edited volumes and 22 other articles. He also has associations with many scientific societies and NGOs. His dedication, determination and perseverance towards his work and Under the able guidance, the gesa institute provide university-wide management in such areas as academic policy, framing policies, and business affairs; faculty, student, and staff affairs; legislative policy; institutional research; legal affairs; capital planning; and university relations and development.
MR. MUHAMMAD HISHAM FATHI ALI (Non-Executive Partner, GESA)
Muhammad Hisham Fathi, is the Non-Executive Partner at Gesa, where he has devoted his career to optimize the financial success of the company. He holds 25 years of rich experience in various fields viz, Programming and Design, Publicity and announcement public relations, marketing and many more. He is indeed a dedicated and compassionate journlists and radio certified by the Egyptian Radio and Television Union.
Earlier, he was the creator of the computer badge of the Arab Scout Organization in 1983 and a founding member of the Association of Friends of the Tourists in Muniya (1984). Being a director he is responsiblefor the strategy and execution of the bussinesses-setting directions and enabling rapid client adoption. Mr. Hisham, has great experience in the analysis and management of websites and software. He is known for his remarkable abilities as a co-founder and director of the International Computer and Language Center in Cairo. He is an energetic and ambitious person who has established a community development centre in Minya at the expense of the International Child Welfare Authority.
MR. FAIYAZ A. POPERE (Executive Director, GESA GROUP)
Mr. Faiyaz Abdul Aziz Popere is a Board Member of Gesa Group of Companies and Executive Director of Geotic Environment Safety and Security Alliance (Gesa) Private Limited and Gesa Institute of Management and Technical Studies.
He has more than 30 years’ experience in maintenance and operation engineering with many industries like engineering, manufacturing etc. He has also been responsible for managing his businesses all over the country.
Under Gesa group of Companies Limited, Mr. Faiyaz will be looking to all GCC countries. He has worked 14 years in United Projects for Aviation Services Company (UPAC) as an Incharge of Kuwait international Airport.
His breath of expertise covers functional responsibility for his designation what he has achieved from his hard work and he is possesses highly developed skill and a proven record of accomplishment in the management of risk to people, property, and in providing expert assistance for a variety of industries.
Mr. Faiyaz is an authoritative expert in his business practice area specialties, for providing his expertise to businesses as a consultant and to plaintiff & defense attorney as an expert witness.
MRS. TASMI S. SHAIKH (Branch Head, GESA GROUP)
Mrs.Tasmi S. Shaikh, M.Sc.M.B.A, Dietetics, serving currently as the Deputy Education Executive in Gesa institute with the goal of overall improvement and lifelong learning. Implementing the best educational policies to enhance the educational development of students. The role includes designing various policies, Permission of grants, making the most of new and emerging technologies to present the best of the program, innovative study with better quality learning, and metamorphosing leadership in tempestuous time.
Being an avid reader, orator, and researcher, She is serving as Assistant Professor of Biology, Oceanography, and Biotechnology. She was also selected by ISRO for crop management program, achieved first rank in IIT kharagpur for representing in Training. She is a recipient of 5 National research awards which majorly focuses on wastewater management, Ecosystem, and wetlands. Being a Nature lover and environment enthusiast she is a member of the environment protection club, and published many articles on the challenges of the environment and its sustainability, she also cleared her National Environment Talent search Examination (NETSE). She manages innovation strategically with a history of success and served the community and received the Best female volunteer of Thane District, served Consumer Guidance of India, Women Development Cell of the University of Mumbai, Member of NSS advisory committee meeting, University of Mumbai. She received an appreciation award for a wholehearted contribution to the Department of Interdisciplinary Studies from the last four consecutive years. She contributed to the development of NSS as an elective subject (UoM), a Member of the Peer review committee of zoology textbooks released by the University of Mumbai. She also represented at Model United Nations Conference as a delegate (Munsophical)- ideas for a better world.
Her journey started when she started visualizing the educational framework for the bright future of students. She received the Best Educational Quality Enhancement team award from the National Centre of Quality management. She has organised, coordinated and developed E-content to reach maximum students. She also exclusively works for women empowerment promoting digital innovation and transformation in the remote areas for women providing counseling and consultations to students driving entrepreneur ability in them and thus mobilizing women’s education and anchoring development of the strong and world-leading institute of Gesa across the globe.
